Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we send your tracking details by email, SMS and WhatsApp. Here's how it works:

1 Order confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation as soon as your payment is successful.
2 Dispatched in 24–48 hours. We share your tracking ID and courier link via email, SMS and WhatsApp.
3 Track in transit. Use the tracking link (or the courier partner's website) to follow your parcel. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
4 Need help? If you signed up with an account, your orders are listed there. Otherwise, our team is happy to help.
