Returns

At Kanak Katha Couture, your happiness matters to us. Every saree is crafted and curated with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • Request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging.

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • For most serviceable locations we offer reverse pick-up through our logistics partners, usually arranged within 2–5 business days after your request is approved.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship using a reliable courier; return shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification.

Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned product passes quality checks, the refund is initiated within 48 hours.
  • The amount reflects in your original payment method within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for colour or design, subject to stock availability.
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are also eligible for exchange.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images/videos for quick resolution.
  • Once approved, we arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.

COD Refunds

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — not in cash.
  • You'll be asked to share account holder name, bank name, account number and IFSC (or UPI ID).
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
