Welcome to Kanak Katha Couture. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Exchange & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase with us.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics and details as accurately as possible. Slight variation in colour may occur due to photography, lighting or screen settings and is not considered a defect.
• As many of our pieces are handcrafted, minor irregularities are a natural characteristic of the craft and add to their uniqueness.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; all orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• We accept prepaid payments via UPI, cards, net banking and supported wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products and serviceable pin codes, with an additional ₹90 COD fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location or courier delays.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Exchange & Return Policy. Customized or made-to-order items (such as Fall & Pico or Pre-Draped saree services) are non-returnable unless the product delivered is damaged or different from what was ordered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos and designs — is the property of Kanak Katha Couture and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanak Katha Couture shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
