Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us with your Order ID to request a cancellation.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Processing

When a cancellation is approved within the eligible timeframe, the refund is processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund is issued in such cases.
