Shipping Policy
At Kanak Katha Couture, we value your time and trust. We work closely with reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely, swiftly, and in perfect condition.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.
Delivery Timeline (India)
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 3–4 working days
- Tier 2, Tier 3 & Rural Areas: 5–7 working days

Shipping Charges (India)
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges: ₹90 per order
- All shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected products and serviceable pin codes only.
- All items in the cart must be eligible for COD to avail this service.
- An additional ₹90 COD charge is applicable on all COD orders.
- The package cannot be opened before payment at the time of delivery.
- If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept the order and contact us immediately.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- If any international order is placed due to a technical error, Kanak Katha Couture reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Undelivered / Lost / Damaged Orders
- In case your order is lost in transit or undelivered, the full order amount will be refunded.
- If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, kindly refuse delivery and inform us within 24 hours.
